Urging the European Union to Designate Hezbollah as a Terrorist Organization

The U.S. House of Representatives unanimously approved H.R. 359 via voice vote on October 25, 2017.  The legislation, also known as Urging the European Union to designate Hezbollah in its entirety as a terrorist organization and increase pressure on it and its members, places new sanctions on entities who have been found to support the Hezbollah organization, in addition to new sanctions on Iran as well as Hezbollah itself.  H.R. 359 also urges the European Union to designate Hezbollah as a terrorist organization.  To read the full legislation, please click here.
