Supplementary Regulations for the Ban on Changes of Residence by Jews in the Generalgouvernement

Third Regulation for Restrictions of Residence
in the Generalgouvernement, October 15, 1941

...§ 4b

1) Jews who leave without authorization the district assigned for their residence will suffer the death penalty. The same penalty will apply to persons who knowingly give shelter to such Jews.

2) Instigators and helpers will be punished like the culprits, and attempted acts as though they had been completed. In less serious cases prison with hard labor or prison may be imposed.

3) Cases will be judged by the Special Courts.

This Regulation takes effect on the day of promulgation.
