Palestinian Press Continues Incitement In Violation of Road Map

At the outset of Phase I of the road map for peace, all official Palestinian institutions are required to end incitement against Israel. Abu Mazen agreed to fulfill this obligation, but the following cartoons appearing on the government's own web site in June 2003 exemplify the failure of the Palestinian Authority to comply with its commitments. Ironically, these appeared at the time that Abu Mazen was meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell regarding the implementation of the road map.
