Vladimir Schein

Vladimir Schein was a German commissar, SS activist, and lawyer, who was in charge of the administrative authority in the Warsaw ghetto before it was populated in November 1940. At the beginning of 1940, he prepared the initial plan that served as the basis for setting up the ghetto.
