Museums in Jerusalem: The David Amar Worldwide North Africa Jewish Heritage Center
The David Amar Worldwide North Africa Jewish Heritage Center is housed in the oldest building of the Mahane Israel neighborhood of Jerusalem. The museum has been open since 2011. Permanent and temporary museum exhibits explore the history and culture of Jewish communities in North Africa, as well as the many contributions of North African Jews to Israel.
