Nazi War Crimes Trials: Elten Lynching Trial

(January 8-10, 1946)

Four ex-officials of the Elten security force convicted in Case No.19 (The "Elten Lynching" Trial), which was held before a British Military Court at Elten, January 8-10, 1946. All were found guilty. One was sentenced to death, and the remainder were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.

Johannes Renoth : The Death Sentence (Executed on the 8th March 1946)
Friedrich-Wilhelm Grabowski : 10 Years Imprisonment
Hans Pelgrim : 15 Years Imprisonment
Paul-Hermann Nieke : 10 Years Imprisonment
