Truman Tells Jacobson He Supports Partition

Responding to a telegram from his friend Eddie Jacobson, President Truman expresses frustration with Jews, Arabs, Zionists and the British and says he has nearly concluded the situation in Palestine is unsolvable but promises to keep working in support of the partition resolution.
