Agreement on Final Status Agenda

Israeli and Palestinian negotiators agreed on the agenda for the negotiations on the framework agreement for the final settlement. The agenda includes 11 items, which, according to the Declaration of Principles and the Interim Agreement have to be included in final status talks. The items are:

Borders

Jerusalem

Settlements

Security arrangements

Military sites

Israelis living under Palestinian sovereignty

Foreign relations of the Palestinians

Refugees

Archaeological findings

Water rights

The ownership of the water and sewerage networks.
