Jamal Mansour

Jamal Abdel Rahman Mansour was born in the Balata camp near Nablus on February 25, 1960. Mansour holds a bachelors degree in accounting and business administration. He is married with three children. He has served as a Hamas spokesman in the West Bank. He has also been the spokesperson of the Hamas delegation to the dialogue with the Palestinian Authority. He has been arrested by Israel eight times and arrested by the Palestinian Authority several times.
