Japheth (in Ar. al-Hasan) al-Barqamani
JAPHETH (in Ar. Al-Hasan) AL-BARQAMANI (early 15th century), Karaite author, presumably living in Egypt. His only known work is the Sefer Teshuvah, an Arabic polemical tract against the *Rabbanites, in which he nevertheless mentioned *Maimonides with respect.
