Senators Gillibrand (D-NY) and Rounds (R-SD) penned a letter to President Obama in September 2016, encouraging him to continue the United States long-standing policy of issuing a veto to any one-sided United Nations Security Council resolutions on the Israeli-Palestinian issue.
