We hereby submit to you a copy of report no. 304, dated September 23 current year, written by Mr. Elizeu Dumitrescu, a referent in the Office for Research of the Under-secretariat. We ask you to inform us to what extent the cleaning out of the capital, i.e. apartments, of the Jews, has been accomplished or is about to be by means of deportations and emigrations.

Our plan provides for the evacuation of all Jews who are not useful to the national economy, to Poland.
