Joint Task Force To Investigate Hamas Oct. 7 Terror and the Group’s Domestic Supporters

In one of her first official acts as Attorney General, Pam Bondi established a joint task force dedicated to investigating the perpetrators of the October 7 Hamas terror attacks and seeking justice for their victims. It is also tasked with prosecuting “anti-Semitic civil rights violations” and “other federal crimes” committed by Hamas supporters domestically, including on U.S. college campuses. The Department of Justice will also seek the extradition of Hamas leaders for their roles in perpetrating the attacks.
