Isaac Marcosson

MARCOSSON, ISAAC (1876–1961), U.S. journalist and author. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Marcosson worked on World's Work, Saturday Evening Post, and Munsey's Magazine. Specializing in finance, he wrote several books on business and commerce. He was in St. Petersburg during the Russian Revolution and recorded his observations in Rebirth of Russia (1917). He also wrote Adventures in Interviewing (1920), The Turbulent Years (1938), and an autobiographical work, Before I Forget: A Pilgrimage to the Past (1959).
