Joseph Paritzky

Joseph Paritzky is an Israeli attorney and politician.

Paritzky (born September 14, 1955) was born in Jerusalem and is an attorney by profession, holding a law degree (L.L.B.) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

In 1999, Paritzky was elected to be a Member of Knesset for the Shinui Party. He served as a member on the Finance Committee, State Control, Foreign Workers, and Labor, Welfare, and Health Committees. From February 2003 through July 2004, Paritzky served as the Minister of National Infrastructures.

In 2005, after the Shinui party attempted to expel Paritzky from the Knesset over a criminal investigation into electoral wrongdoing. The police found no evidence. Paritzky then formed his ow party, Tzalash, and served in this capacity until the 2006 elections. Tzalash did not participate int he 2006 elections.

Paritsky is married, and has three children.
