Classified diplomatic cables, leaked by the whistleblower site WikiLeaks, contain this interview with a leader of the Palestinian terrorist group "Black September." Within he explains that Yasser Arafat's Fatah was in fact linked to Black September and received funding from Libya for the Munich Massacre.
