Israel to Receive $28 Million to Fight Terror

The United States agreed to provide Israel $28 million to purchase counterterrorism equipment, including robots and sophisticated x-ray equipment to examine suspect containers and trucks. The money is being transferred from the Defense budget to the State Department. According to the terms of the aid deal, Israel must spend the money in the United States.
