*The question in 1997 began by first noting
the election of Netanyahu, then inserting his name in place of the word
"Israeli." In 1998, "Netanyahu was used instead of "Israeli." As part of a permanent settlement with the Palestinians, should Israel be willing to dismantle all, some or none of the Jewish settlements in the West Bank?
*The question in 1994 combined the West Bank with Gaza and asked for a yes/no answer. "Yes" replies compare to the sum of "All" and "Some" replies in the other surveys. How much land should Israel be willing to give up on the Golan Heights in order to reach a peace agreement with Syria?
