At Barzilai Hospital treating 8-year-old Osher Twito after a Qassam rocket severely injured his legs on Feb. 9, 2008; his legs suffered such severe damage that they had to be amputated.

Five-year-old Lior Ben Schimmel was seriously wounded when a rocket directly hit her neighbor’s home, where she was playing on Jan. 16, 2008.

 

Tzahar Shitreet hurt by a Qassam rocket that landed near him on Feb. 2, 2008. Tzahar is a deaf child and didn’t hear the rocket when it fell near him. He was hurt when the rocket hit on impact.
