Nazi War Crimes Trials: Flick Trial

(April 19 - December 22, 1947)

Six leading industrialists convicted in Case No.5 (The "Flick" Trial), which was held before the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, from April 19, 1947, to December 22, 1947. Three were found guilty. Three were acquitted, and the remainder to various terms on imprisonment.

Friedrich Flick : 7 Years Imprisonment
Otto Steinbrinck : 5 Years Imprisonment
Hermann Terberger : Acquitted & Released
Carl Westphal : Acquitted & Released
Odilo Burkart : Acquitted & Released
Bernhard Weiss : 2½ Years Imprisonment
