The Clinton Plan

(2000)

No maps were ever drawn up by the United States or Israel to reflect the proposals made at Camp David or the White House in 2000 during negotiations between President Clinton, Yasser Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak. The top map is from chief negotiator Dennis Ross. The lower map is a rough approximation of what the Clinton Plan envisioned as a future Palestinian State in the West Bank and Gaza Strip showing the overland highway expected to connect the two.
