Veggie Wheat Pilaf With Mushrooms
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 2/3 cups water and 1 tablespoon of margarine to a boil. Add contents of Manischewitz Wheat Pilaf Mix. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Set aside. In a large saucepan add remaining margarine and sauté onion until transparent. Add bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes. Combine with prepared wheat pilaf. Top with chopped parsley.
