Fresh Tomato Risotto

1 box Manischewitz Risotto Mix
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic
salt to taste

Make Manischewitz Risotto Mix according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes. Serves 4.
