Golden Onion Soup


1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
3 cups onion, thinly sliced
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Manischewitz Condensed Clear Chicken Soup
2 soup cans water

Sauté onion in margarine until soft and golden brown. Add Manischewitz Condensed Clear Chicken Soup and water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 45 minutes. Serve with Toasted Matzo Farfel. Serves 5 or 6.
