Veggie Brown Rice Pilaf
In a medium saucepan bring 1 3/4 cups water and 1 tablespoon of margarine to a boil. Add contents of Manischewitz Brown Rice Pilaf Mix. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Set aside. In a large saucepan add remaining margarine and sauté onion until transparent. Add bell pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes. Combine with prepared brown rice.
