Senators Gillibrand (D-NY) and Rounds (R-SD) penned a letter to President Obama in September 2016, encouraging him to continue the United States long-standing policy of issuing a veto to any one-sided United Nations Security Council resolutions on the Israeli-Palestinian issue. The letter, published by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), was signed by 86 other Senators and delivered to Obama on September 19. To read the letter, please click here.
