Cleopatra of Jerusalem

CLEOPATRA OF JERUSALEM, one of the ten wives of *Herod and mother of his two sons, Herod and Philip. The latter was among those sons sent to Rome for their education. After his father's death (4 B.C.E.), he was appointed tetrarch of certain portions of northeast Palestine.
